Yes this yoga lifestyle is all about balance but how do you achieve balance in a world that seems to demand so much of your time and energy? One way is by balancing your chakras.

 

In this introductory workshop you will learn about your seven energy centres, AKA, your chakras, how to balance them, and how to work with healing crystals to harmonize them when you’re off your mat by creating your very own wrist mala.

You will practice, create, and meditate to move forward into spring in a balanced and meaningful way.

Bring your yoga mat (yes, you will practice!), meditation cushion (if you have one), and a journal / pen if you like to take notes.
