On October 20th, join Jovette Carey for a morning escape all about grounding.  Learn new breathing techniques and explore movement to release areas of the body that help us to connect to the earth; hips, feet, and legs. Immerse in a warming slow flow yoga practice with loving hands on enhancements and grounding essential oils for deep relaxation. Followed by a delicious fall inspired meal, down time surrounded by nature and a closing visual meditation to ground your energy around a campfire.  A morning retreat to center your energy, rest your mind and uplift your spirit. You will leave this retreat feeling present and energized. Ready to face life’s challenges with ease.
